Testing Carried by us during production:
1) Raw Material Testing
The Raw material we purchased are all qualified with the related official certificate.
And The supplier did the material elements testing for every delivered batch.
Also our QC colleague inspected the size , the thickness ,the shape...etc for every kind of brass tube,brass plate,brass ingot....once the material arrived our factory.
2)Functional Testing
A. Loading Testing
Make sure the products are qualified with the related Load-bearing.
For example,we did the load-bearing testing for a safety bar with 150 kilograms force to ensure it can be qualified in daily use.
B. Installation Testing
This testing is mainly to check and confirm if the products are well installed with simple tools and no problem occurs after mounting to the wall.
3)Surface Testing
A. Thickness testing
The thickness of most prodcuts in our factory are Nickel ≥ 5um,Chrome ≥ 0.1um as many customer need this standard because of the compective price;
Well,some customers required us to do the electroplating with Nickel 8-10um,Chrome ≥ 0.25um and the price also will be adjusted depend on this standard.
B.Salt Spay testing
We did the salt spay testing for acid 24 hours/neutral 200 hours to make sure the products are no corroision,no discolouring,no peeling off after this testing.
and it can reach 10 class complied with National standard .
Besides,we have our own QC team to inspect the products during every production period, from raw material to final shipment
